Added a note about using binary files in a version control system and
the diffs that would appear.

vcs: Fix slides.
Cleaned up slides, based on the new hand-out. Removed all the commands
and outputs and details of the files being changed, etc.
All these details are to be shown, hands-on, on the terminal.
