Added key_order to student proposal to enable csv export
We need to add it to organization.py rather than to student_proposal
because otherwise students could see the score and status of their
proposals by using the csv export functionality.

Coverage: code coverage testing for Python
Coverage.py is a Python module that measures code coverage during test execution.
It uses the code analysis tools and tracing hooks provided in the Python standard
library to determine which lines are executable, and which have been executed.
